I’ve taught hundreds of people a simple way of loving obnoxious people (and things). I’ve lectured to organizations and academic institutions in the US. I teach a popular elective to medical students at Baylor College of Medicine called Meditation and Loving Obnoxious People. Why Read My Books
Like many others, I encounter problems, difficulties, irritations, and frustrations on a regular basis. Life’s journey is not smooth, to say the least. So, I have tried out different strategies to help me. I always aim to find something that is easy and doesn’t require too much effort or memorization. Isn’t it frustrating to try and remember step number 32 or some other step in a long, long list of steps? My point is, I try to get to the point fast, and present ideas in a practical way. That’s what my books (and my lectures, courses, and podcast) offer: quick, easy recipes that are (hopefully) helpful.
